Grandpa Journal Jar Set

A great gift idea that preserves family memories!

Place all of the journal topics/question slips in a large mason jar. Attach the jar labels to the jar. Attach the instruction card to the jar with some  pretty ribbon. Give to your grandpa with a journal or notebook.

The idea is for your grandpa to pull one topic each day, glue it to the top of the journal/notebook and write down his thoughts. When he completes all of the questions, he returns the journal/notebook to you for a cherished keepsake
